TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Services
Sparkle & Shine Shelby LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional cleaning, organizing, and laundry services as agreed upon with each client (“Client”). The specific scope of work will be outlined in the booking confirmation, service request, or signed agreement.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the service total.

If our staff cannot gain access to the property at the scheduled time, the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 24 hours of service completion, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or electronic transfer (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or QuickBooks invoice).

Late payments may result in a $25 late fee and/or suspension of future services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client must provide safe access to the property.

Client must disclose any safety hazards (e.g., broken glass, mold, biohazards, pets with aggressive behavior).

Client agrees to secure valuables and fragile items. Sparkle & Shine Shelby LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for excellence. If Client is dissatisfied with the service, notice must be given within 24 hours of completion. A return visit or adjustment will be offered at the Company’s discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

6. Liability

Our staff is trained, insured, and bonded.

Sparkle & Shine Shelby LLC is not responsible for:

Items not properly secured or previously damaged.

Allergic reactions to cleaning products if not disclosed in advance.

Damage caused by faulty, improperly installed, or aged fixtures/furniture.

7. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to decline service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions (e.g., hoarding, infestations, hazardous waste).

If extra labor, time, or supplies are required due to undisclosed conditions, additional charges will apply.

8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All personal and property information is kept confidential and used only for the purposes of providing services.

9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 7 days’ written notice. Failure to pay or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in immediate termination by Sparkle & Shine Shelby LLC.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
